The Hellenbrand team has truly enjoyed our business relationship with the TruNorth Components team. From our very first meeting back in 2012, we were impressed with how Cris, Kevin and you intently listened to the types of applications our Iron Curtain technology are installed on, in which a compressor is the key component in the systems success both short and long-term.
Then over a 12-18 month period, you developed a compressor for our needs that we both tested for several months before we introduced and switched to, late in 2013.
Since that time, every shipment has been on time and in spec. With approximately 18-months of having this product in field, we have only had a handful of failures, all of which have been identified to the same root cause and together we have addressed that. For a new product out of the box to have that type of track record is a compliment to the due diligence your team did in all areas of the development stages.
Hellenbrand is very grateful to have a business relationship with a company like TruNorth, who listens to their customer, provides a reliable and high quality product, with on time shipments. Our team appreciates and enjoys working with your team.
